About the Creative Creator

Creator of Mint Creations, Susie has been making culinary creations out of her pure love of bringing family and friends together for 3 decades worth of celebrations. Growing up in Tanzania she is a proud Christian and Malayali with her roots originating from Kerala, India. Happily grounded in her home in Melbourne, Australia she has raised two kids and devotes her time to playing with her 3 grandsons, growing her garden, and deepening her faith in God.

 

After 20 years in teaching maths and science, Susie is bringing her calculations and chemistry from the classroom into the culinary world of cooking creations, sharing her commitment to perfecting each and every order to her client's request.
